Return and exchange policy
If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory for whatever reason, please contact us first. We will respond you asap (normally in 1 business day) . We appreciate your business and we will be happy to provide you with the satisfied solutions.
When shopping we suggest that you check carefully in the product description, because in order to show as much detail as possible our pictures are not to scale. Please also keep in mind that many of our items are pratical and small variations may occur. These should not be considered faults, as they will simply add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.
Items that are faulty or shipped to you in error
- Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the goods, and we reserve the right to ignore any claims made after this time.
- We will provide you with the solution of reshipping, exchange or even a full refund.
- We will also cover your return shipping costs and reshipping fees.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and via the shipping method that we specify.
All Other Returns due to the error from buyers
- Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your reasons for return, so that we may better serve you in future. Whatever the reason is from, we would like to help you to sort out any problems even it's not the error of us.
- We could provide exchange, partial refund or even full refund if applicable.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging if returned.
- In most cases, we cannot afford the return shipping costs if it's not the error of us. And sometimes we will charge the reshipping fees if applicable.
- Although not a requirement, we do recommend that you send all return mail insured, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit .
